We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, here is how we make it easy to return.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless the item is defective.
Eligible Items
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (fresh produce, food items).
- Opened personal care or hygiene products.
- Customised or made-to-order items.
- Digital products or vouchers once redeemed.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@khansland.com.bd or via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and send it via courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (bKash or bank transfer).
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
