Placing an Order — Step by Step

Find Your Product
Use the search bar at the top of any page, browse by category from the navigation, or visit a specific vendor or brand page. Filter by price, rating, or category to narrow results.

Read the Product Page
Check the delivery date estimate, sold count, and ✓ Best Price badge (lowest in 30 days). Review specs, photos, bKash EMI options, and KL Points you'll earn on this purchase.

Add to Cart
Select your quantity and click Add to Cart. Continue shopping and add more products before checking out.

Checkout
Click the cart icon → View Basket → Checkout. Enter your delivery address, district, and phone number. Choose Cash on Delivery and confirm your order.

Track Your Order
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. View status under My Account → Orders. You'll receive a tracking number once the vendor dispatches your package.

Leave a Review — Earn 25 KL Points
After delivery, return to the product page, leave a star rating and written review. You instantly earn 25 KL Points credited to your account.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery Time
Dhaka: 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 days. Remote areas: up to 7 days. Estimated date shown on every product page.
Returns
Return within 7 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Contact support to initiate — refund in 3–5 business days.
Wrong or Damaged Item
Contact support immediately with your order number and a photo. We arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

A Vendor is a registered business with a branded store page, full product catalog, customer reviews, follower base, and access to all Shop marketing tools — flash deals, live shopping, bundle deals, and make-an-offer.

Apply to Sell
Visit Shop → Sell on Khansland. Select Vendor on the application form. Fill in your business name, details, and product categories.

Review & Approval
Our team reviews your application within 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email with the decision and onboarding next steps.

Access Your Vendor Panel
Log in and access your Vendor Panel. From here you manage all products, orders, store profile, and incoming customer offers.

Add Products
Go to Products → Add Product. Enter name, description, price, stock, variants, and upload multiple high-quality photos. Add full specifications to appear in the Specs tab on the product page.

Handle Offers & Orders
Process orders from your panel. When customers use Make an Offer, accept, decline, or counter directly from your dashboard — the customer receives an in-app notification with your response.

Live Shopping
Go live on your store page via YouTube. Customers can buy at exclusive live prices during your stream.

Payouts
Listing products is free. A small commission applies per completed sale — rates are shared during onboarding. Vendor payouts are processed weekly to your registered bKash or bank account.

Sell Without a Business Registration
Individual Sellers are entrepreneurs, artisans, and resellers who sell under their personal name — no company registration required. Your profile is human and personal: photo, city, and a ✦ Verified badge. Perfect for cottage industry makers, hand-craft artisans, home-based sellers, and resellers.

Apply as Individual Seller
Visit Shop → Sell on Khansland. Select Individual Seller. Fill in your name, city, product categories, and a short description of what you sell.

Get Verified & Listed
After approval, your profile appears on the Individual Sellers page with your city, product count, and ✦ Verified badge. Customers browse your full store from your profile page.

Add products through your seller panel with photos, descriptions, and prices. Process orders, update stock, and collect reviews to build your reputation and climb search rankings.

Brand Partnerships & Full Catalog Listings
Suppliers are established brands and manufacturers with a hero-style brand page — featuring brand story, stats, and a fully searchable product catalog. Customers can follow your brand and receive notifications on new arrivals and promotions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. bKash EMI is displayed on eligible products as an upcoming option. More payment methods will be added soon.
Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email. You can also view live order status under My Account → Orders.
Orders can be cancelled before the vendor dispatches them. Go to My Account → Orders and select Cancel. If already dispatched, initiate a return after delivery.
A flash sale feature where selected products are offered at a drastically reduced price for a limited window (shown by a live countdown timer). KL Plus members see these deals 1 hour before everyone else.
On eligible products, click Make an Offer and enter your proposed price. The vendor reviews and can accept, decline, or counter-offer. You receive an in-app notification with their response.
Wishlist a product, then click Notify me if price drops. When our daily price snapshot detects the price has dropped below its 7-day minimum, we send you an email alert with a direct link.
The green Best Price badge appears when the current price is the lowest it has been in the past 30 days, based on our daily automated price snapshots.
Vendors are registered businesses with a brand name — displayed on the Vendors page with a logo and brand hero. Individual Sellers are solo entrepreneurs displayed on the Individuals page with a personal photo and city. Both have full product management access.
Yes. A single Khan's Land account works across all 12 subdomains — Shop, Meal, Meet, and beyond. Log in once, stay logged in everywhere. Your KL Points balance is also shared across all platforms.
Subscribe to KL Plus at Shop → KL Plus (৳299/month or ৳2,499/year). Once active, Deal of the Hour deals appear to you 1 hour before non-Plus users. An "Early Access" purple banner appears on eligible deals.
