1 Getting Started
Browse and buy products from verified Bangladeshi vendors. Compare prices, read reviews, add to wishlist, and track your orders — all in one place.
- 1. Create a Khansland account (free) or log in with your existing account.
- 2. Visit Shop from the homepage or navigate directly.
- 3. Explore the features and start using the platform.
2 Browsing Products
Explore products by category, search by keyword, or browse featured collections on the homepage.
- Use the category menu to narrow your search.
- Click any product for full details, photos, reviews, and vendor info.
- Compare similar products side-by-side with the compare tool.
3 Placing an Order
Add items to your cart, choose delivery address, and complete checkout.
- Review your cart before checking out.
- Enter or select a saved delivery address.
- Complete payment via bKash or cash-on-delivery.
- Track your order status from the Orders page.
4 Wishlist & Cart
Save products to your wishlist for later, or add them directly to your cart.
- Click the heart icon to add a product to your wishlist.
- View your wishlist from the sub-nav.
- Move items from wishlist to cart when you're ready to buy.
5 Troubleshooting
Page is not loading or showing errors
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Contact support if the problem continues.
I cannot log in to my account
Make sure you are using the correct email and password. Try resetting your password. If you registered with a phone number, use that instead.
I want to delete my account
Go to your main Khansland profile settings. Deleting your Khansland account removes all data across all platforms.
