1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on shop.khansland.com.bd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors occur.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept bKash, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible areas. An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Dhaka in 1–2 business days and outside Dhaka in 3–5 business days via courier. Delivery charges vary by location and order value. Orders above ৳999 qualify for free delivery within Dhaka.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Perishable and personalised items are non-returnable. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Vendor Responsibility

Products listed by third-party vendors on our marketplace are the responsibility of those vendors. Khansland acts as a platform facilitator and does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor-supplied product information. Disputes with vendors should be reported to our support team.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, images, and text — is the property of Khansland or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Khansland shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products purchased through it, to the maximum extent permitted by Bangladeshi law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
