One of the most common questions we get is: when will my order arrive? Here is a clear breakdown of shipping timelines on Khansland Shop.
Shipping times vary by where the product is coming from:
- Dhaka warehouse stock: 1-2 business days. These are products stored locally by sellers with Dhaka-based inventory. Fastest option.
- Local supplier (outside Dhaka): 3-5 business days. Products shipping from Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, or other divisional cities.
- International orders: 7-14 business days. Items sourced from China, India, or other countries. Customs clearance adds 2-3 days on average.
Tracking your order:
Every order gets a tracking number once dispatched. You can follow your package in real-time from your order page. We send SMS notifications at four key points: order confirmed, dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered.
What if my order is late?
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 2 days, you can request a status update directly from the seller. If no response within 24 hours, our support team steps in. Orders delayed beyond 7 days past the estimate qualify for automatic partial refund of shipping costs.
Delivery coverage:
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Remote upazila deliveries may take 1-2 extra days compared to district headquarters. Courier partners include Pathao, Steadfast, and RedX depending on the seller's preferred logistics provider.
Cash on delivery is available for orders under 10,000 BDT. For higher amounts, advance payment via bKash or card is required.
