Want to sell on Khansland Shop? Whether you are a manufacturer, reseller, or artisan, here is how to get started.
Step 1: Create your seller account
Sign up on Khansland if you do not already have an account. Then go to Shop and apply for a seller account. You will need:
- National ID (NID) for identity verification
- Trade license (if you have one — not required for individual sellers)
- Bank account or bKash number for receiving payments
- At least 3 product photos ready to upload
Step 2: Set up your seller profile
Your profile is your storefront. Include:
- A clear business name
- Description of what you sell
- Your location (helps with shipping estimates)
- Contact hours (when you respond to customer queries)
Step 3: List your first products
Each listing needs:
- A clear title in both English and Bangla
- At least 3 photos from different angles (white background recommended)
- Accurate description with measurements, materials, and specifications
- Fair pricing — check competitors before setting your price
- Stock quantity and shipping timeframe
Step 4: Handle orders
When an order comes in, you have 24 hours to confirm it. Pack the item securely, attach the shipping label, and hand it to your courier partner. Update the tracking number in your seller dashboard.
Fees and commissions:
- Account setup: Free
- Listing fee: Free for the first 50 products
- Commission: 5-8% per sale depending on category
- Payment processing: 1.5% for bKash transactions
- Payouts: Weekly to your bank account or bKash
