We take quality seriously at Khansland Shop. Every product listed on our platform goes through a multi-step verification process before it reaches you.
Our quality control process:
1. Supplier verification — We check business licenses, trade history, and track records before approving any seller. Fly-by-night operations do not make it past this step.
2. Sample testing — Before a product goes live, we request and inspect physical samples. This catches issues like misleading product photos, poor build quality, or sizing inconsistencies.
3. Ongoing customer review monitoring — Our system flags products that drop below a 3.5-star average. Flagged products go into a review queue, and sellers get a 7-day window to address concerns before the listing is paused.
4. Automatic delisting — Products with persistent quality complaints are removed. Sellers with multiple delistings face account suspension.
5. Full refund guarantee — If you receive a defective item, you get a full refund within 3 business days. No haggling, no store credit — actual money back to your payment method.
For imported goods specifically, we pay extra attention to customs documentation, material certifications, and compliance with Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) requirements where applicable.
Our quality team reviews approximately 200 product listings per week. About 15% of initial submissions are rejected — and that rejection rate is something we are proud of. It means the filter is working.
If you ever receive a product that does not match its listing, use the Report button on the order page. Our team investigates within 24 hours.
